Cisco IP Phone 7821 issues caller Id

Hi Guys,

We installed 03 IP Phones 7821 and are verifying the follow problem. When the user A call for user B, the user B don´t receive the identification about name user A. Didn´t found configuration error about IP Phone user A. Any have idea about this?

Check the line settings of all lines involved and make sure the alerting name and calling name are properly configured.
