Cisco IP Phone CP-8941 Registerd

Hi

 

i have new cisco ip phone cp-8941 , and when i connected it to the network , the phone detect the domain server and took dhcp ip but status staid not registered  

so how i can config his extension ? and with witch method ? 

i tried to upload SEP(mac).xml file and dialplan.xml file  and i think its upload normally but there is file didnot upload

i not have CUCM , i use Elastix server as call manager

Check the security menu and verify that the ITL/CTL have been erased. Assuming this phone is used off greymarket and previously registered to Cisco call control it will reject XML files that aren’t digitally signed by that previous system.
