CME - Internal Calls From IP Phone to IP Phone Dropping

Good Day fellow enthusiast.

I'm currently experiencing an issue pertaining to a deployment of CME, Users are reporting that there are intermittent call drops when calling from various IP Phones to other IP Phones.

It was reported to be sporadic. I have been working with Cisco TAC to investigate this issue on the Router's (CME's) side of things, providing PCAPS and Syslog information, however Cisco reported that all is well on the Router's side. They also recommended that I investigate from the switch's perspective to see if the issue resided there.

Following some checks on the switch's, i found no errors on the interfaces that connects both IP Phones as well as the Logs showed no Port Flapping or irregularities.

I'd like to know if there can be anything that i should look out for or any potential commands that can be entered on the switch to see any errors.

Any recommendations will be helpful,
Thanks again.

These are probably questions you answered for TAC, but it helps us to know more:

Are the calls dropping with a SIP BYE message generated from one end or the other, or are the calls dropping without messaging to generate a disconnect?

Is it certain phones or any random phone? Certain calls or any random internal call?

Can you provide a debug ccsip messages (and possibly a debug voip ccapi inout?) that includes one of the dropped calls?

What model phones are involved and what firmware is running on them?
