FXO support in the VG310

May all 24 ports in a VG310 be configured as FXO? I haven't been able to find any documentation on this.

Would like to know if this is possible before purchasing one.

Thank you.

VG310 is an analog GW with 24 FXS ports, and can accommodate additional EHWIC slow available to accommodate either 2,4 port FXO, FXS, VWIC:

http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/routers/access/vg310_vg320/hardware/installation/guide/bm_vg310_vg_320_voice/bm_vg310_vg_320_voice_chapter_01.html

from data sheet:

The VG310 and VG320 can support foreign exchange office (FXO), foreign exchange station (FXS), T1/E1 Primary Rate Interface (PRI), channel associated signaling (CAS), and Basic Rate Interface (BRI) 2- and 3-port voice interface cards (Cisco VIC2 and VIC3, respectively).

The only option is to get a Router (39XX, 44XX, etc) and load it up with EVM, FXO cards.

Is there no opportunity to convert the POTS lines to PRI or SIP trunk?

Thanks for the clarification Chris... are you aware on any options within Cisco IPT that provides for 24 FXO ports via RJ21?

Unfortunately this is in Asia PAC and the carrier refuses to port the numbers to a PRI circuit. The client is not willing to change DIDs.

Thanks for you prompt responses.

Have a great 2016!

Understood.  Happy new year to you as well.
