How to have a Webservice accept a call with raw call stream

Hello,

We’re building an application that will accept a call and based on user speech will interface with our system and perform certain actions. 

My question is how can I hook into CUCM to be able to accept the call and get the raw call voice stream to be able to analyze it? Ideally, a web service will need to “accept” the call along with the raw call stream.

Hi Salman,

Most of web applications uses CTI control to manage a line and through it make and receive calls. The main thing  is to provide the application the rigth permission to use/control the telephony part in CUCM. This can be accomplished by creating an End/Application user giving him the End User and CTI Control permission.

Anyway your UC engineer/partner  can dig with you into the application you are intended to realize
