IP phone is dead indications 2 colors lights on one is red and another is green

Hi,

Dear all I have a problem my cisco ip phonr 7912 is dead . when i connect RJ45 ethernet  with ip phone 2 lights on

one is red and another is green and ip phone is not booting

what is this problem  . Plz Help me in this senario

Misbah Ul Haq,

The bad news is it sounds like it is fried, but try putting it on another Ethernet port and if that does not work try to factory reset it.
