ISDN Errors after Implementing Blocking Calls Based on Calling Party ID

I recently found the document that details how to setup Translations patterns to Block Calls based on the incoming Calling Party ID.

https://supportforums.cisco.com/docs/DOC-18367#Blocking_Inbound_calls_to_Cisco_Unified_Communications_Manager_based_on_Caller_ID

I have a few customers that have asked about this type of functionality in the past so decided to get this setup for one of them.  After having it setup my testing indicates the translation patterns work as desired blocking calls from specific numbers.  When I apply the created search space to my MGCP PRI Gateway I can't get any inbound calls to work.

It appears that the translations are causing some ISDN PRI messaging errors that the carrier does not like.  Does anyone have any insight into the "Message type not implemented" message when Calling Party ID Blocking has been configured?
