Hello,
Experiencing an issue with Cisco 7841 phones displaying 2 incoming calls of the same phone number. Happens when attempting to call both from an external number and from within the internal network. This is occurring with all phones at one specific location and does not happen elsewhere even with the same configuration and provisioning profiles copied from the affected phones. System is CUCM (Cisco Unified Communications Manager). Have reset all the phones and issue is still occurring... any thoughts?
