Hi,
we have recorded custom prompt as wav file and wanted to download the file from media master "paste from file". but this option is grayed out in unity. I've run dbwalker and didn't return any error message.
any suggestion would be much appreciated.

Do you have a firewall sitting between the client PC and Unity server ?

actually I am accessing to Unity GUI from Unity server itself.

You mean phyiscally on the server or using Remote Desktop / VNC ?

I accessed unity by remote desktop. is there any difference using remote desktop or physically access?
