ISE - Custom guest username in Sponsor Portal

Hello,

we want to create an defined Username for our known Guest Accounts in Sponsor Portal.

The requirements are:

First 3 characters should be an Location abreviation + 3 digits of the room. For example "abc123"

The only option that we found is to configure the Guest Username Policy under Administration>Work Center>Guest Access> Settings.

Even if we set the Minimum Username lenght to 6 and we use the First and last name (First name: abc, Last name: 123 ) the username will be random generated: "a10123"

Is there any posibillity to define the username for guest accounts in sponsor portal?

we are running in the same issue. Did you managed to find any workaround?

Hi @bassomarco1998 

one way is to import users with correct username over .csv template, but off course this was not a option for our customer.

As workaround we are using "First Name" field to input Location and "Last Name" field to input the room number.

So we can search trough users even if the usernames are random generated.
