Hello All

I have 4 SG500-28 Switches and i want to use Cisco network assistant.

Unfortunately when i install CNA 6.1-6.2 or 6.3 i always get the same message that the device is not supported.

Currently i am on the latest firmware(updated this morning as i was having the same problem) but this did not resolve the issue.

Anyone have any idea's how i can use CNA with the SG500-28?

This is probably due to the certificate being expired.  You will need to either generate a self-signed certificate or import one from a signed certificate (you can also generate a CSR).  Go to Security -> SSL Server -> SSL Server Authentication.  If you want to just generate a self signed, select the active certificate (default #1) and select Edit.  Check the "Regenerate RSA Key" and fill out the pertinent information (make sure to give the CN of the IP or hostname that you use to log into the device).  Click the Generate button and Voilà...
