Error: Cannot Schedule Job in Config Editor

I can't schedule any jobs in Config Editor or NetConfig. Anyone ever see this error before in Config Editor?

What version of RME and installed on which OS?

If Solaris, maybe the casuser account is Locked

and check the at.deny or cron.deny

If Windows, check the At or Scheduler service in

Admin Tools->Services

Need a little more info, the exact error, and

try to see if other schedules in CiscoWorks are failing or not running

this usually is a problem with the jrm

version of rme and platform would help

got it now. its rme 3.5 w/ vms. needed the patch.
