Hi,

There is a problem that some of the links on CCO have been broken recently.  Until the links are fixed, you'll need to go to the following link , select the required LMS module in the centre panel eg CiscoWorks Resource Manager , then the required version (to match what you have installed) and then manually download the required software updates / patches / device updates.

http://www.cisco.com/cisco/software/navigator.html?mdfid=268439657&flowid=5137
