Authorization Out of Complaince on Smart licensing page

Hi All,

Facing an Error of Authorization Out of Complaince on FTD Smart licensing page. Tried to Reauthorize but still error persists. Can anyone help me on this. PFA snapshot

Hi,

Go to the smart portal and check the last time it was connected to see if
it's actually not authorized or not connected at all. From there, you can
find the path forward, i.e. troubleshoot connectivity or find the reason
for authorization failure.

Connection getting established but error still there. What could be the reason.

What version is your FMC software?

i need to check. Is it any firmware dependency ?
