Cisco Pix VPN config

Hi friends. I'm sorry if this is basic, but the Pix world is something I'm not very confident with. The attached configuration is of a Cisco Pix that was used at a remote office. It contains:

Inside traffic 172.16.0.0

Inside Nats to: 10.54.14.0

VPN tunnel forms with: 2.2.2.2

I want to reconfigure the LAN side of it so it's a flat network with no NAT. The VPN configuration should stay exactly the same. So I'm looking to reconfigure it as follows:

Inside IP: 10.39.16.1

No NAT translation

Could someone help me out with the Access Lists for this as I was getting confused as to what I need and what I don't.

Thanks in advance, help would be much appreciated.

Cheers

According to the configuration what you want is already in place. There is a NAT exemption in place for the 172.16.x.x IPs when they go to  the HQ networks and the 10.54.14.x IPs are not actually used for anything according to the configuration you have posted.
