firepower cant connect to internet

HI all

i deployed new virtual FTD V6.5 and do default route from inside to out side and can ping to 8.8.8.8 but cant open any web site 

can any one help me

Hi,
Where are you pinging from a computer behind the FTD or from the FTD itself?
Have you configured an Access Control Policy (ACP) permitting internet access?
Have you configured a NAT rule?
Please provide a screenshot of your Access Control Policy (ACP) and provide the output of "show nat detail" from the CLI.

Are you using FMC or FDM to manage the FTD?

i pinging from pinging from  the FTD itself and the ping is ok.

 mange it from FTD

If traffic is originating from the Firepower appliance itself, you must have a valid and reachable DNS server defined in the platform settings in order to resolve FQDNs.

i try 8.8.8.8 and Cisco open DNS and the same problem occurred
