in my organization vtp mode is set to 1 all switches are in transparent mode. But my belief is it will be very beneficial if we use vtp v3. my organization is Service Provide, ISP with ISO standard. Please advise.

Yes you can use VTPv3. In VTPv3 you need to create the primary VTP server in order to create/delete/modify an VLAN.
Benefits:
You can now synchronize RSPAN VLAN, Private VLAN and MST.
Thanks.

if the VTP Setup transparent, it does not matter v1 or v2 or v3 ? no effects in the VTP Domain.
unless you want to VTP Server and Clients in the Network.
