I have valid NX-OS images uploaded on NDFC Version 12.1.3b in Image Management and policies created, however when I go to Devices tab, it doesn't allow me to select any device there as select boxes against all devices are disabled (greyed out).

We figured out that the switches were stuck in migration mode in NDFC, they moved to normal mode after successful Recalculate and Deploy and then started showing up under Image management.
