No exam information on cisco site

Hi, 

I know it’s a common issue for Cisco site, but I can’t find my exam details on site and I want to reschedule my exam. I am trying to get it done through customer service, but even on Tuesday- the office is closed. Can anyone help me out here? I have more than 24hrs for my exam.
