I work a hybrid schedule in home and in office. At home, I have no issues with Cisco Jabber. When in the office and connected to their VPN, I have audio crackling on all external calls. I can use Jabber to call internal people in my company with no issues. I have replaced my computer, my headset, my ether net cable, power cord, docking station......nothing works! On the external calls the other person can hear me just fine, but I can't hear anything but crackling and maybe every 10th word. Someone please help!
