I'm experiencing the same issue, it's working fine on my phone, but on my computer, it keeps refreshing. I've tried different browsers like Opera, Edge, and Firefox. Can anyone help? Also, is there a way to contact the NetAcad helpdesk?

Over a span of four days, I conducted extensive troubleshooting to resolve a website loading issue on my Windows laptop, where the login screen would freeze on loading. Here’s a breakdown of the steps I took:
Alternative Device and Network Test: I tested the website on a different laptop connected to a different network, where it loaded without any issues, confirming the problem was specific to my primary device or network.
Virtual Machine Test: I set up a virtual machine running Ubuntu on my primary laptop, where the website loaded successfully, further narrowing the issue down to Windows-specific settings.
DNS and Network Resets: I flushed the DNS cache, reset network settings, and rebooted in Safe Mode with Networking to rule out background services or networking issues.
Cross-Browser Testing: I installed and tested four different browsers, clearing caches and cookies on each, but the issue persisted.
System-Level Adjustments: I checked firewall, proxy settings, drivers, and tried different DNS configurations, but none resolved the issue.
After these steps, I identified that the problem was related to my system’s time and time zone settings.
The issue was resolved by making the following adjustments in Windows settings:
Set Region: Change the region to United States.
Adjust Time and Time Zone Settings:
After applying these changes, the website loaded correctly. This solution may help others facing similar issues with login or loading screens on specific websites.
