how to raise a ticket for OpenDNS

I’m having a tough time trying to raise a support ticket for OpenDNS. Every time I try to access the support page, it redirects me to Cisco Umbrella. Is anyone else experiencing this?

I would try to send an email to "umbrella-support@cisco.com", the support team might handle your request or redirect your ticket to another team.
