Dear OpenDNS Support,
I opened a support request and received email notifications of request opened but I don’t see it in my requests page. (screenshot attached)
Is there something wrong with my requests page?

this is not the right forum to report this as this is not monitored by the opendns team..
are you using the free version or using Cisco Umbrella if you are using umbrella you can email umbrella-support@cisco.com i am not sure about opendns home version..

Fair enough. I’ve seen replies from the support team in the previous community page of OpenDNS but maybe the situation is different now after community migration here. I’m using the free OpenDNS and usually open the case using the page in the screenshot attached in my original post.
I will open a request for that with support and see how it goes.
