Cisco OEM vSphere Licensing Question

Hello-

Bought some C220s for a vSAN based solution. All Vmware licenses are provided by CISCO. After activation in the Vmware CISCO portal I cannot see the license keys for vSphere:

VMW-VSP-EPL-1A=

I can see the support in my Cisco system. Any idea what happens to the license key?

VMware vSphere Ent Plus (1 CPU, 32 Core) 1Yr, Support Reqd

These are sold as single CPU line items.

You normally need to use your Cisco Provided PAK keys within the VMware site  to actually generate the ESXi license keys.

https://www.vmware.com/vmwarestore/newstore/oem_login.jsp?Name=CISCO-AC

From here you can generate and combine the keys (normally need dual CPU keys to be able to add into vcenter or esxi licensing).

Cisco Licensing can retrieve the PAK license codes if needed, and your actual VMware license keys will stay in your VMware portal.

If you are having issues seeing licenses in the VMware portal, then you will need to make a call to VMware.
