Difference between F3 and M3 modules on the Nexus 7700

Hello all

We are looking install a new data center core switch based on the Nexus 7700 platform, probably the 7702 or 7706.

We do not require many features, just the classic OSPF, VRF-Lite, vPC, 4x VDC...

Now I know in the past there were quite big differences between the F and M series modules when it came to supported features.

Can someone please clarify what are the main differences between the F3 (N77-F348XP-23) and M3 (N77-M348XP-23L) for the Nexus 7700 with Sup2E ? Which one should we choose for our Nexus 7700?

Major difference is the scale and table size.
