Hi.

I am trying to look for Nexus 9K config when the nexus2K FEX is single-homed into it.

this config correct?

interface port-channel101
switchport mode fex-fabric
fex associate 101

interface Ethernet1/1
switchport mode fex-fabric
fex associate 101
channel-group 101

interface Ethernet1/2
switchport mode fex-fabric
fex associate 101
channel-group 101

interface Ethernet1/3
switchport mode fex-fabric
fex associate 101
channel-group 101

interface Ethernet1/4
switchport mode fex-fabric
fex associate 101
channel-group 101

Why it display: Fabric port for control traffic: Eth1/1

Why not Fabric port for control traffic: Po101 ?

N9K(config-if)# sh fex detail

As per i know - Port-channel is virtual snd consists of Physical Interface, as i know - FEX is just Line card, what ever first port connected to Parent switch use for control port, if all connected  it uses the first port of Physical interface for control traffic. (if that port go down, then  it move to next level)
