Looks something gone wrong follow below document, check with dir you have image in flash, if not load from xmodem or tftp based on comfortable.

How to Ask The Cisco Community for Help

Hello,

you could also try the xmodem procedure described in the link below:

https://www.freeccnaworkbook.com/workbooks/ccna/recovering-a-corrupt-cisco-ios-image-on-a-catalyst-switch

Hello

first of all is the solarwinds tftp server set to transmit and receive and reachable also is the ios bin file in the correct path that you are specifying

lastly are you trying to install this ios from rommon of the switch if so are your specifying

the correct tftp statements

You could also add to those statements the following

TFTP_VERBOSE=2

Which will perform a validation via ping and an interface status check.

Can you post the switch tftp rommon statements if applicable

Please rate and mark as an accepted solution if you have found any of the information provided useful.

I am somewhat puzzled. In the original post you tell us that " i am trying to install an IOS using the Solar Winds TFTP tool". But I do not see anything in the output posted that indicates anything about tftp. It appears to be a normal boot process that is trying to load

Loading "flash:c2960c405-universalk9-mz.150-2.SE4.bin".

But that file does not exist in flash. Can you tell us what command you are using for this?

Would I be correct in assuming that this is an existing switch and that you are trying to upgrade to a different version of code? Or is this a new (at least new to you) switch and you are trying to install some code on it?

HTH
