why does unidirectional link cause neighborship flapping in eigrp?
according to me neighborship should never be formed.

Hi
there will be no full state neighborship but the other end router will always tries to mount a neighbor and it will generate a lot of retry limit exceeded messages. Then you'll always have this flapping except if you use passive-interface to never try to mount a neighboring through that interface.
Thanks
