How to get Cisco to require a certain RADIUS policy rather then any policy

I am trying to figure out how to get the 3640 I have setup to use RADIUS for authorization to require a specific RADIUS policy instead of just any policy. I am using Microsoft IAS for the RADIUS server. it has a policy that requires users to be a member of a certain group to allow connection. What i cannot figure out is what if I make a different policy to use for other purposes with other users. The router now authenticates users of either group.

How can I tell it to use a specific group. I spoke with tech support twice and kept getting the generic default group configurations.

You can configure the users in IAS and assign them to a specific group, if that whats you are looking for. Here is the url which has step by step config guidelines for "configuring user and policy with group in IAS"

http://www.cisco.com/warp/public/116/l2tp_3886.html#windowsuser

The above link has steps for configuring IAS. Scroll up on that link.
