howto save Running Config File from CLI by Cisco Router WS-C3550-12T ?
I mean all changes after restart will be saved.

Or the much easier old time command "write memory" .
Not sure why they decided to substitute some easier commands like write mem or specially write net for some long convoluted string they want you to use now .

It is asking you for a file name in case you want to save the config separately. The default filename is "startup-config", which is the one it will read when it boots. Just hit ENTER.

and how can I find out the name of the startup-config file ?
