Limit only inbound/outbound traffic on an interface

Hi, can i know is it possible to limit only inbound/outbound traffic on the interfaces.

Eg, i have a cisco 2600 with 2 FastEthernet interface. I want to limit my Fasteth 0/0 to only upload traffic and FastEth 0/1 to download traffic.

Is there any solution for this?

inbound & outbound on router interfaces depends on the routing you are doing. please let me know what type of traffic & what is the connectivity you have with internet via this router.

Actually i have 2 seperate Wireless Bridge link connect to this router.

RouterA will have Fast0/0 connecting via Wireless Bridge to RouterB Fast0/0

and another link is

RouterA will have Fast0/1 connecting via Wireless Bridge to RouterB Fast0/1

So, i want to use Fast0/0 as a upload traffic

and Fast0/1 as download traffic.

What i can think of is using default route to forward the traffic.
