LMS migration

Is there a procedure for the following:

LMS 4th ed on NT needs to be upgraded to 5th ed on Win 2K on another server. Is it possible to migrate the data?

Sorry this info above is wrong.

LMS is 2nd ed that needs to be upgraded to 5th ed on the same server but the server needs to be upgraded to win 2k. When the user has backed up the 2nd ed data and tried to restore to 5th ed they get an error stating the db versions are wrong. Is there any way to do this as we cant get hold of a copy of 4th ed to upgrade to first.
