when we stack two switches ( e.g. C9300) what is max speed of such stack cable?

The idea is: will the speed of stack cable bigger than ~20 Gb/s which could be achieved by etherchannel of two 10Gb/s ports.

The StackWise cables provide 320 Gbps (fixed uplink models) or 480 Gbps (modular uplink models) on the backplane.

So yes, if you are trying to achieve switch to switch communications using the stacking ports will be faster and more efficient than connecting them together with an etherchannel.
