NTP Public Server For Washington DC

Hi,

I have been trying to find a public NTP server for Washington, DC but have been unsuccessful thus far. Can anyone inform of a NTP server in this area that can be used? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. The below servers are unusable.

tick.usno.navy.mil

tock.usno.navy.mil

ntp2.usno.navy.mil

I haven't tried these but check this site out:
