your best option is to use a general network design tool (see link below for a selection), as a dedicated SD-WAN design tool is not available.

Hoiw large is your company the reason i ask is if it a relative small - medium sized network then would strongly suggest have a look at meraki for a simple sdwan network - is extremely easy to use and excellent way to start you sdwan/access adventure
