My Point of view
HLD- high level diagram for to understand over diagram of the network.
- which can explain what is goal and achievement.
LLD -Low Level diagram should show for operational point of view.
Physical / Logical / IP and other information in the document.

H(L)LD - high(low)-level design, and this document contains not only diagram
I think that Daniel Dib in previous URL fully described differences between its.
HLD - Create High Level Design based on the business requirements and constraints. Shows the topology that will be used from a high level, what protocols will be involved and important aspects of the design from a high level. The devices that will be used in the Low Level Design (LLD) are also selected. The HLD does not contain any details such as what interfaces to use, IP addressers or any configuration. It often has an executive summary to describe to management the key concepts of the design.
LLD - This is a detailed document which is used to implement the design. It should contain all the details needed to implement the design such as how to connect the devices, what IP addresses to use, how to configure the devices. It's a complete guide to implementing the design. The design should be ideally be able to implemented by someone even if they are not very technical.
