Anyone having issues with Military pc and Duo Universal prompt ? User gets SSO login then gets a error when they do the Duo 2fa. Only logs in Duo is timed out. The error says Page access not allowed your Duo account does not have access to this application.
We are not limiting anyone on any of our applications so I don't know where this coming from. We are only seeing this on Military pc user can use personal and it works fine.

It's really hard to troubleshoot an issue like this in the community without you providing may more details that aren't recommended for public consumption.
Typically this needs analysis of logs from the client/browser, like a HAR file, especially when it only affects some of your clients. I suggest you open a case with Duo Support and gather logs reproducing the issue to submit.

We do have a case open. Just hoping someone else has seen this with Military pc. Almost impossible to get any base IT staff to assist with this and the officer who is reporting the problem doesn't have rights to collect a HAR file.

Do you happen to use any Menlo security products or other products that may try to prefetch pages before the user views them on the military PCs? These are seen as replays by our service and therefore denied.
