Bad Request Duo

When logging into Cisco AnyConnect via Duo and completing authentication, I encounter a 'Bad Request' error. What do you think could be causing this issue? My firewall is Firepower 3110.

this could be the connection profile does not match on duo vs what is on the ftd.
