UAC Not Prompting

I have a new install Windows 11 Machine. I installed 'Duo-Win-Login-4.3.1' and only require a prompt for UAC elevations only. This was working, but has suddenly stopped.

I have checked the reg keys which look correct. What else can i do to troubleshoot? Ive attached the 2 logs

These are credentialed UAC requests (where you have to enter username and password)? Duo won't fire off for non-credentialed elevation.

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling?

You can also enable debug logging and take a look to see if it has more actionable info.
