I found a bug in Cisco ER Configuration API on Cisco ER version 14.0.1.12900-37 in the rest call /cerl to retrieves all the conventional ERLs (https://developer.cisco.com/docs/cer-config/#!erl-management/erl-management)
Each returned ERL has a truncated route pattern: Fir example if the route pattern is 11.911 returned value will be 11.91
