If the RV042's Protocol binding rules are in conflicts, do the one higher in the list overrides the lower one?
Example:
Rule#1 TCP/UDP Port 1-65535 Source: 192.168.1.30 - 192.168.1.40 Dest: 0.0.0.0-0.0.0.0 -> WAN2
Rule#2 TCP/UDP Port 1-65535 Source: 192.168.1.1 - 192.168.1.254 Dest: 0.0.0.0-0.0.0.0 ->WAN1
Will traffic from 192.168.1.30 to WAN be routed to WAN2?
