RV016 firmware upgrade and manual

I am trying to upgrade my RV016 from 3.0.2.01-tm to 4.0.4.02. I have not received any messages  and the log has nothing. I have left the computer and switch for 2 hours and it never seems to end.  (serial no. DF0006200812) I am looking for any guidance anyone can provide.

I am also looking for the manuals for this router. The only ones on line are not very helpful.

If your router isn't V3 hardware, you can not upgrade to the 4.x firmware.  Look for RV016 V03 below the PID VID: barcode on the back.  The V3 hardware also has a new black exterior and is now Cisco branded only, no mention of Linksys anymore.
