I need my FTP protocal to be TCP and UDP. How can I edit the setting in Service Management?

So, there is no way to edit the existing (pre-set) FTP protocol listed in Service Management?

Its not make any Difference, personally i do different name FTP_UDP_TCP with the port and select TCP and UDP, end results is same.
