RV220W & IPv6 - router website not accessible after reboot

Hello Experts,

after  choosing the option "IPv4 and IPV6 Dual-Stack" in Networking > IPv6  > IP Mode, the router's configuration website is not accessible any  more using it's IPv4 address or via remote management (WAN IP). However,  all other router services (routing, VPN, etc.) are working fine.

Could someone please help me out?

Thanx a lot!

Dennis.

Dennis,

You will need to call into the support center and open a case @ 1-866-606-1866. The engineer will need to test this in our lab to see if we are able replicate the same action.

What firmware was you currently running on RV220W, if not the latest you need to factory reset and upgrade?  This would ensure that it wasn't an old bug.

Latest firmware 1.0.2.4

Release notes - say

• Fixed an issue with IPv6 6-to-4 tunneling and default dynamic routing.

If you were on 1.0.2.4 and this happened when enabling this feature then it possibly is something with the code so please give us a call.

Thanks,

Jasbryan
