RVS4000 IP Based ACL

I'm wanting to allow a single internet IP to connect to my Remote Desktop Server.

I have created the RDP Service

If I do single port forwarding, it allows any ip to connect.

If I setup the ACL, I am not able to connect at all. (single port forwarding disabled)

I'm missing something here. I have remote access to a computer outside my system via Logmein, so I can test from outside my network.

Incoming log is enabled, but blank.

Local log is enabled, no pertenant data, but wrong date. Time setup is set for use NTP.

Not sure what any of this means. Looks kind of like the menu structure on the router. Doesn't answer the question.
