Unable to set password for Product/Model number: AIR-AP1815I-S-K9

we created a ssid for guest in our company wifi web interface but every password we set and entered will be incorrect, even if its a simple password.

Any advise?

You need to provide more information- here is what code running on the AP, is the AP acting as controller ? or what controller are you using ?

is this WIFI password for the guest portal ?

Cisco AP is currently operating on the Simple UI, I have limited configuration options available on my end.
