VPN connection between linksys ea2700 and ea6500

I need to setup a secure connection between office and home network  for backup files to a NAS

OFFICE LINKSYS EA6500   HOME EA2700   ROUTER

both routers has VPN passthrough   only

office has windows server 2008R2

NAS is synology 212j

both networks has dynamic ips and i have dyndns account
