C8200 - LIC-6-REPORTING_REQUIRED - within Isolated network

Hello,

we have a couple of C8200 routers running in autonomous mode. All of them are in mission critical isolated environment.

For licence activationj I follow "No Connectivity to CSSM and No CSLU" recomendation.

# RUM export
license smart save usage all file bootflash:rum.txt
copy bootflash:all_rum.txt tftp://x.x.x.x/rum.txt
# ACK import:
copy tftp://x.x.x.x/ACK_rum.txt bootflash:
license smart import bootflash:ACK_rum.txt
license smart transport off

After reload, I still get messages:

*Sep 22 11:46:44.874: %CALL_HOME-3-CALL_HOME_FAILED_TO_ENABLE: Failed to enable call-home from Smart Agent for Licensing: The action failed because call home feature is disabled. Please retry after manually enabling call-home feature with "service call-home" under config mode.
*Sep 22 11:46:44.886: %SMART_LIC-6-REPORTING_REQUIRED: A Usage report acknowledgement will be required in 89 days.

Is this only informational, or is there somehting wrong in my setup? What happen after this period? I cant do this every 90 days on all systems. within this network, there is no tftp service available. I thought that importing the ack files was enough so far.

any hints are welcome

Regards!

you do not mention you performed the steps between export and import as described in:
Uploading Usage Data to CSSM and Downloading an ACK
also check you copied the correct ACK for this RUM

Step 1
Log in to the CSSM Web UI at https://software.cisco.com.
Log in using the username and password that is provided by Cisco.

Step 2
Select the Smart Account (upper left corner of the screen) that will receive the report.

Step 3
Select Smart Software Licensing > Reports > Usage Data Files.

Step 4
Click Upload Usage Data. Browse to the file location (RUM report in tar format), select, and click Upload Data.
You cannot delete a usage report in CSSM, after it has been uploaded.

Step 5
From the Select Virtual Accounts pop-up, select the Virtual Account that receives the uploaded file. The file is uploaded to Cisco and is listed in the Usage Data Files table in the Reports screen showing the File Name, the time it was Reported, which Virtual Account it was uploaded to, the Reporting Status, the Number of Product Instances reported, and the Acknowledgment status.

Step 6
In the Acknowledgment column, click Download to save the .txt ACK file for the report you uploaded.
Wait for the ACK to appear in the Acknowledgment column. If there many RUM reports to process, CSSM may take a few minutes.
You can now install the file on the product instance, or you can transfer it to CSLU or On-Prem CSLU.

I've already imported the ACK files, but I still get the "A Usage report acknowledgement will be required in xx days" Messages.

During som research I've found the FAQ https://community.cisco.com/t5/networking-knowledge-base/smart-license-using-policy-faq/ta-p/4415506#toc-hId--564581426 whiche solved the most of my questions. It seems to be only a warning message and after expiring nothing happen. Right?
