C9200 Switch automatic interface shutdown when other interface is down

I would like to know if it is possible to configure a C9200 switch to automatically shutdown an interface if it detects another interface going down.

Shutting it down is not a good idea but changing the VLAN to an "isolation" VLAN is the best method.
