while y r conneced over remote desktop session to server , can u install software or some patch on this server,however i tryed to install patch for the acs 4.2, but i failed ,is it becoz of that?
1. Could you verify that you have enough "Admin" privilege on the server in order to perform such tasks i.e. software installation, software patch / break fix.
2. Do you need to authenticate your credentials to gain "Admin" privilege and did you perform that credential authentication?
